Reconciliation intelligence is advancing on two tracks: Recon Buddy phase 2 is testing and correcting defects, while the modernized platform is testing with a weekly Operations feedback loop tuning the model. Both current work tracks remain in testing; release acceptance stays open, and neither tentative date is presented as a release commitment.

One track advances the operational assistant; the other proves the modernized reconciliation platform. Their evidence remains separate through testing and meets only at the release boundary.

The two tracks converge here only for the acceptance decision. Testing evidence closes the boundary; a tentative date does not.
The July record described Recon Buddy phase 1 as live since December 2025 and recorded NERD Next test-round accuracy moving from 35% to 42% across three rounds. Those were test-round figures, not production performance claims.
The same record named two platform UAT items: an EDI policy-ID mismatch and recommendation-output tuning. The August register now reports platform testing underway with weekly Operations tuning; use that current status for decisions.
Next decision
Recon Buddy must complete phase 2 testing and defect correction. Platform modernization must continue its weekly Operations tuning loop until testing timeframes are known. The next credible update is the evidence that supports acceptance—not an unqualified release date.
