ReconLink

Reconciliation intelligence is advancing on two tracks: Recon Buddy phase 2 is testing and correcting defects, while the modernized platform is testing with a weekly Operations feedback loop tuning the model. Both current work tracks remain in testing; release acceptance stays open, and neither tentative date is presented as a release commitment.

Recon Buddy phase 1 live Current position · August 5, 2026
Recon Buddy progression
Phase 1 is live; phase 2 is in testing and defect correction with a tentative release date.
Platform acceptance
Platform testing is in progress, with weekly Operations feedback tuning the model.
Release condition
Testing timeframes and the resulting acceptance evidence govern release. No current committed date is recorded.

Current status loads from the latest reviewed portfolio register. Older UAT and accuracy detail appears below only as dated history.

Current acceptance corridor

Two tracks move together. Release acceptance stays open.

Current position · August 5, 2026

One track advances the operational assistant; the other proves the modernized reconciliation platform. Their evidence remains separate through testing and meets only at the release boundary.

Track 01 · PMO 2762 Recon Buddy progression Active
  1. EstablishedPhase 1 live
  2. August 5, 2026 Phase 2 in progress

Testing, feedback, and defect correction are in progress.

Next move
Complete phase 2 testing and defect correction, then confirm a release date.
Release dependency
Testing timeframes govern the phase 2 release date.
Track 02 · PMO 2764 Platform acceptance Active
  1. Operating cadenceWeekly Operations feedback
  2. August 5, 2026 RPM testing underway

Testing is underway and Operations feedback is tuning the model.

Next move
Continue weekly tuning and confirm a release date once testing timeframes are known.
Release dependency
Testing timeframes govern the release date; Operations feedback tunes the model.
Open boundary Release acceptance

The two tracks converge here only for the acceptance decision. Testing evidence closes the boundary; a tentative date does not.

July 1, 2026 historical baseline — superseded for current status

The July record described Recon Buddy phase 1 as live since December 2025 and recorded NERD Next test-round accuracy moving from 35% to 42% across three rounds. Those were test-round figures, not production performance claims.

The same record named two platform UAT items: an EDI policy-ID mismatch and recommendation-output tuning. The August register now reports platform testing underway with weekly Operations tuning; use that current status for decisions.

Next decision

Evidence, not the calendar, closes the release boundary.

Recon Buddy must complete phase 2 testing and defect correction. Platform modernization must continue its weekly Operations tuning loop until testing timeframes are known. The next credible update is the evidence that supports acceptance—not an unqualified release date.
